United Way of Washington County recognizes individuals who make an annual gift of $1,500 or more as Leadership givers. It takes a special type of person to give at the Leadership Level … someone who truly cares about philanthropy and charitable causes. Someone who's deeply committed to creating a stronger community for the benefit of all. Leadership givers are a vibrant and active force in helping United Way of Washington County create positive, lasting changes in our community.

Individual and Corporate Giving Match Challenge

Leadership Giving starts at $1,500 ($125 per month)

For the 2026 Campaign, West Bend Insurance will match dollar-for-dollar:

  • Every NEW Leadership Donor gift ($1,500+)
  • Every INCREASE in Leadership Giving

Protector: $2,500 - $3,999

Guardian: $4,000 - $4,999

Builder: $5,000 - $5,999

Believer: $6,000 - $7,999

Champion: $8,000 - $9,999

Tocqueville Society: $10,000 & Above
