The United Way of Washington County proudly announces the appointment of yet another four distinguished alumni from its Emerging Leaders program as the co-chairs for its 2025 campaign. Spearheading this year's efforts are:

Andrew Haass, Delta Defense
Maggie Jensen, Froedtert ThedaCare Health
Casie Meyers, West Bend Insurance
Sarah Stadler, SECURA Insurance Companies

“We are excited to lead this important work,” remarked Maggie Jensen, 2025 United Way campaign co-chair. “Every dollar we raise directly supports programs right here at home, helping our friends, families and neighbors. Our team stands ready to serve.”

“This campaign will be about showing up for each other,” states Andrew Haass, 2025 United Way campaign co-chair. “It is about supporting local and neighbors helping neighbors. Each one of us has so much potential to act and help. We’ll be rallying the community to do more, give more and focus on building a network of new donors.”

This year's collaborative team is determined to build upon United Way's previous campaign successes to assist even more individuals and families in Washington County. As campaign co-chairs, they are committed to highlighting the importance of community programs and building awareness among new donors.

In the previous year, the United Way of Washington County raised over $1.9 million and directed investments towards 21 local nonprofit partners to aid residents in need. Notably, nearly $300,000 was allocated for mental health counseling services for youth in Washington County.

"We are excited to welcome our second Emerging Leaders Alumni team to lead the way," said Kristin Brandner, CEO of United Way of Washington County. "They’re ready to carry the momentum forward from last year’s alumni team with their own drive, commitment and passion to help others. We continue to be inspired by our next generation of leaders rising to the challenge to serve in key leadership roles.”

The United Way of Washington County Emerging Leaders program was founded in 2017 as a way for members to give back while furthering personal development. They are a team of professionals who actively invest their time, talent and resources to improve our community. The group’s mission is to ignite and inspire one another by providing opportunities to lead, serve and grow.

The 2025 United Way campaign kicks off this fall. Community volunteers will play a pivotal role in raising and distributing funds to support local programs that measurably improve residents' education, financial stability, and health.
